The Label CS is recognized by the worlds leading label producers as a highly efficient process for the production of paper and plastic labels in many forms, patch labels, wrap around and in-mould labels for example.
Paper products.
In addition to paper labels the Label CS is designed for the production of small format paper sheets such as A4 (8.5” x11” – USA) and Ink Jet photographic papers in 10cm X 15cm (4” x 6”) and many other sizes.

LABEL CS is the new machine that Kontrelmec has designed to produce pre-cut labels of any material, directly from printed reels. Its versatility allows for work with many different formats and is designed for materials printed using rotogravure, flexography or offset.
It can include an embossing unit.

Plastic Labels
Enter the world of plastic labels with complete security and confidence is possible, cutting all label orders with the same machine: LABEL CS.
The plastic labels have penetred a market traditionally dominated by paper labels. There are three reasons for use plastic labels:
- Recycled.
- Functionality: More speed, less glue comsumption.
- Aesthetic: Opaque, transparent, metallized film.
Direct from the Plain or Printed reel
Major cost savings in time, labor and equipment is the key to the Label CS. This machine requires significantly less processes than the traditional method of producing small format products, the folio size sheeter, de-stacking, reaming and guillotining.
The Label CS has the capacity to perform the task as a single process while improving productivity and reducing waste.
Multitude of Formats
Machine widths of up to 1.000 mm The Kmec Label CS offers small sheet or label production to be performed in many different formats. It has the potential for in line slitting and a cut length range 50 mm up to 330 mm.
