The KRO machines can be configured with a wide range of different modules, enabling it to be suitable for the production of different types of rolls.
Shaftless Unwind
Shaftless pickup unwind station can be included for an easy and fast change of parent reels. Mechanical or generative braking options are available depending on materials.
Web guide
Web guiding can be added to both shafted and shaftless unwind stands acting on either edge or printed line.
Labeler
Automatic labeler to tab each roll, using self adhesive labels.
Embossing
Online hydraulic embossing unit can be incorporated with steel-paper or steel-steel embossing rolls.
Transversal Precut
Transversal Precut device with independent motor to precut at preset distance or at printed register mark.
Flexographic printing unit
The printing heads can be configured in different ways for in-line printing on one or both sides and up to 4 colours.

Slit and rewind dual (2) offset printed reels
Thanks to our independent tension control for dual reels, the KRO can slit and rewind two reels of half machine width, one mounted each side of each unwind.
