Twin synchronous knives
A true scissors-like cut produced by the twin knife system synchronized to the web speed irrespective of the sheet length.
High productivity
The Dreamcut line has been specifically designed to reduce downtime by significantly increasing the efficiency of roll changing, pallet loading/unloading and complete format changing times. Higher productivity is achievable thanks to the continued use of "state of the art" system technology, such as the "Non-Stop" automatic pallet discharge, automatic splice detectors, slitting knife positioning systems and the touch screen setting for sheet length and other machine functions.
