This plant and offices are the main location of our human resource: Administration, Commercial, Technical and Manufacturing.

Engineering Department

Innovation, industrial design and continuous improvement are the strategic factors that Kmec applies to the development of all its products.
The Engineering Department of Kmec currently employs more than 20 highly competent qualified professionals who fully satisfy the requirements outlined by customers and help them bring their projects to fruition.

The organisation of the Engineering Department includes four specialised technological areas:

Mechanical design, Electronics and systems, Graphic design and product documentation, Programming area. Industrial software

In the Production Department, Kmec has a total surface area covering more than 3.600 m2 of modern workshops equipped for the assembly of all the products the company manufactures.
The philosophy of Kmec is to encourage teamwork to obtain greater productivity and a better distribution of resources.
In both the Mechanical and the Electrical aspects of the production line this philosophy is translated into small independent yet coordinated groups commissioned with the preparation, assembly and testing of each machine.

The Kmec Administration Department is formed by a highly professional team of experienced staff who are all fully trained in the use of the latest technology.
They are equipped with the most modern means and programs to guarantee strict control and perfect integration of administrative procedures into the productive system of the company.

The high degree of standardization of Kmec products does not in any way compromise our ability to adapt and customize our products to suit customer needs.
Within Kmec’s Commercial Department are teams of skilled individuals that are extremely well trained in the ability to recognize market trends and customer needs.  The Commercial Department is always ready and willing to listen to our customers and ensure the Kmec products and services adjust to meet specific needs and objectives.
