Management System - Integral
Kontrelmec Ltd., a company dedicated to the manufacture of machinery for the converting and coating and Laminating industries, With headquarters in Aiguaviva, Girona, it has implemented an integrated management system that is based on ISO 9001:08 Systems Management, Quality, ISO 14001:04 Environmental Management Systems and UNE 166002:07 Systems Innovation Management.
As part of this Policy, Kmec assumes the following commitments:
- • Comply with current legislation that may apply to our activities and any other requirements Kmec subscribe.
- • Identify and assess environmental issues in order to prevent pollution and reduce possible negative impacts on the environment.
- • Promote energy efficiency, making rational use of available resources, collection of waste and promoting environmental awareness of all employees.
- • Ensure product differentiation to make certain that Kmec stays ahead of the competition and poised to serve the market potential. These are key factors in achieving our objectives, and maintaining successful management of R & D. We are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our products and efficiencies of our processes and services associated with the client.
- • The Kmec system and approach to managing innovation and talent: We are committed to constant improvement and integration of different mechanisms to effectively progress existing innovation management. It seeks the establishment and recognition by the market place and its customers, that the "Kmec mark" is a guarantee of satisfaction, and fulfilled expectations in value-added products and services.
- • Promoting a culture of innovation within the organization by communication of policy, objectives and activities through R & D that contribute to the professionalism and creativity of the organization.
- •To achieve a high level of client satisfaction; exceeding their needs and requirements by delivering products and services within consistent quality parameters that go beyond their expectations.
- • Implementation of an orderly and systematic management, with measures to prevent or detect potential defects, in the initial state of the process or design. A management system that allows corrective actions to take place to prevent its recurrence, and thus ensure the improved performance and increased productivity as desired.
- • Analyze any and all non conformances and implement corrective, preventative or elimination measures at the causes of non conformity to ensure a continuity of quality customer service.
The above Kmec policies are made available to interested parties. It forms a critical part of the promoted Policy Management System among its employees, subcontractors and suppliers. Kmec strives to achieve continuous improvement of its management system through the periodic reviews of its annual objectives and targets.
